Parking desk

Contact the VoyBeam parking desk in Raleigh

One desk, one number, and somebody who knows which lot has room in March.

Something moving within the day? Ring +1 (984) 217-3460. A telephone gets an operator on the other line while you wait, and no web form has ever done that.

For anything less urgent the message box below is fine, and it gets read before the day is out.

Hours, and what they mean

Opening times run Tuesday through Sunday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Eastern Time, with Monday closed. Those are the real hours, printed on every page, and this site does not claim an overnight line because there is not one.

Reservation already placed and something shifts overnight? Go straight to the lot operator, whose number sits in the confirmation you were sent. They will be quicker than we are.

What the desk can help with

  • Availability and a daily rate for any dates inside the service areas.
  • Changing or cancelling a request made on this site, under the

cancellation policy.

  • An awkward vehicle: a van, a rack, a trailer, an electric car that needs a charger.
  • A long stay, meaning several weeks, where the arithmetic is worth doing properly.
  • Working with us as a lot operator, if you run parking near RDU and answer your telephone.

What the desk cannot help with

  • Anything about your flight. We are not an airline or an agency and have no access to any

reservation you hold with one.

  • A bay this minute, with the arm down in front of you. Everything here is arranged ahead.
  • Something reserved elsewhere. Booked straight with a lot, or through a different site? That

reservation lives with them.

  • Damage or a dispute on the lot. That belongs with the operator, though we will help you reach

the right person and will stop placing work with an operator who handles it badly.

The particulars

VoyBeam Reservations LLC sits at 434 Fayetteville Street, Raleigh, North Carolina 27601, which is a shared office tower rather than anybody's house. Letters arrive there. Registration details, the tax ID and the agent are listed on the about page.

What happens to what you send

Whatever you write turns into an email, which exists so somebody can reply and, should you reserve, so the bay can be arranged. None of it is ever traded, leased or handed round for marketing. Operators get the working minimum: dates, lot type, vehicle, plate, one telephone number.

Retention and how to have your copy removed are in the privacy policy. Requests about your own data go to [email protected].
