The eight questions that actually matter when something goes wrong, answered in order.
Effective August 4, 2026. Reading these pages, or putting a question about availability to this desk, is taken as agreement to what follows. It is set out as questions because that is how anybody actually reads a document like this: by looking for the one that applies to them.
Who am I contracting with?
Two separate parties, and keeping them apart is the point of this page.
VoyBeam Reservations LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company, provides the reservation service: checking availability, quoting the daily rate, placing and holding the booking.
The lot operator, an independent company, provides the parking. They own or lease the land, run the gate and the shuttle, hold whatever licences and insurance apply, and collect the fee. Your parking contract is with them.
What does VoyBeam undertake to do?
Pass your requirements on accurately, quote a rate that reflects what the operator has told us, hold the space once you confirm, and remain reachable during the published hours if something changes.
What does VoyBeam not do?
Own lots, employ attendants, drive shuttles, staff gates, insure vehicles, hold parking licences or take payment. No card is collected on this site and there is no checkout on any page.
What am I agreeing to?
- Giving accurate dates, vehicle details and a registration plate that matches the car arriving.
- Arriving within the reservation window and leaving by the pick up date, or telling us if that
changes.
- Following the operator's rules on their property, which are theirs to set.
- Paying the operator by whatever method they accept.
- Not using this site's forms for bulk or automated messages, and not attempting to break, overload
or scrape it.
Who is responsible if something happens to my car?
The operator, on whose property it stood, under their terms and their insurance. That is not a clause written to shed responsibility, it is a description of who had the keys, the gate and the cameras.
VoyBeam will help you reach the right people and will stop placing work with an operator who handles such a case badly. What it cannot do is stand behind a policy it does not hold.
What are the limits on VoyBeam's liability?
So far as the law permits, losses that follow on rather than arise directly are outside what this company answers for. That covers a flight you did not catch, an onward leg you lost, and money spent because a barrier turned you away despite a confirmed bay. Total liability for any claim connected with a reservation is limited to the value of the daily rates quoted for it.
Liability the law refuses to let anyone limit is untouched by that: fraud, and death or injury from negligence, sit exactly where the law puts them. A number of states limit exclusions like these; where you live in one, its rule outranks this paragraph.
What about refunds, deliveries and returns?
None of them arise. Nothing is sold to you here, nothing physical is delivered, and no payment passes through this company, so there is nothing to return or refund. Money questions belong with the operator that took the money, and the position is set out on the cancellation page.
Which law applies, and where would a dispute go?
The governing law is that of North Carolina, read without its conflict of laws provisions. Any case goes before the state or federal bench in Wake County, and both sides consent to that venue.
Filing anything is a poor first move. Every disagreement this desk has seen came down to confusion over which company held the reservation, and a telephone call settled each one.

Revisions to these terms carry a new date at the head of this page and apply from it. A reservation already placed stays under the version in force when it was made.
